How to activate the app?

||| To activate the app please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Enable the app in the theme

|| Go to Sales channels > Online store > Themes in your Shopify admin panel:   

|| Click “Customize” your current theme:     

|| Go to “App embeds” section:   

|| Switch on the toggle next to Quantity X App:    

|| Click “Save” in the top right corner:  

🎉 Congratulations!

The Quantity X app has been successfully set up in your theme. Head back to the app and create your quantity discount offers!

Can I move the widget within the Product Page?

Accepted Answer

| 1. Please find “Online Store” on the main tab and click “Themes”. You will see your active theme there, please click “Customize”, it will lead you to the Page Customization.

| 2. On the top of the page please tap “Home Page” and select “Products”(Find needed).

| 3. On the very left you should see “Template” Tab, there please click “Add Block”, choose “Apps” and tap Quantity X Offer Table.

| 4. Now you can drag our app wherever you need your product page. When you have set it up please click “Save” button on the top right corner.

Question 4

How can I cancel my Plan/Offer/Subscription?

Accepted Answer

To cancel subscription please tap Quantity X app and click … button, there simple choose Uninstall, it will automatically cancel your subscription without any further payments.

But please inform us about this decision so that we can improve and regain you as our favourite client!😏

Can I hide the widget from Product Page?

Accepted Answer

The widget can be hidden from the product page and keep on the cart page.

| Please open your theme and click customize.

| Then click "Theme Settings", then find "Custom CSS" and fill it with this code and tap "Save": ||| #quantity-discount-app{display:none;}

🎉 Congratulations!

You have hidden the widget. To make it appear again you can simply remove this code from Custom CSS tab :)

Each of the plans includes ALL the functionality of the app and depends on total amount of orders per month. The subscription plan will be upgraded automatically based on the total number of orders in your store.
